Are you getting an error message when you try to login to Squirrel Street, even though you're positive you've entered the right credentials?
This could be because pop-ups have been disabled in your browser. You'll need to enable them for Squirrel Street's website.
If you use Google Chrome, here are their instructions on enabling (and disabling) pop-ups for all or specific websites.
For other browsers such as Safari or Firefox, there are a multitude of sites with instructions. We suggest you do a web search for "enable pop ups for Safari/Firefox" etc and pick your preferred page from the results.

Want to change your password?
Login and click on your account name at the top of the screen and select Settings. You'll be able to make an awesome custom password on that page.
