You can order envelopes for all paying accounts, with the exception of Lite plans.


  • First, login and view the receipts of the account for which you wish to order envelopes (remember that each envelope is linked to an account - you cannot use an envelope for one account to submit documents for another account)




  • Then go to the Dashboard for that account




  • View your envelope status by clicking on "My Envelopes"





  • Click on "Request an envelope" to order your envelope
